2025 UF Calendar Photo Contest Entry Rules

Participation:

The 2025 University of Findlay Calendar contest is open to all UF students, faculty, staff, alumni, parents, and friends. The winning photographers' names and hometowns will be included with their winning submissions on the 2025 calendar. Please read through the following entry rules carefully, and if you have any questions, contact Lee Ann Ireland at [email protected]

Terms and important things to note:

• In submitting a photo, you are acknowledging that the entry belongs to and was captured by and belongs to you.

• A photo contest entry form is required with your submission.

• If selected, a photography waiver must be signed before an entry can be used in the calendar. This allows the photographers to affirm that their photos can be reproduced in University media and for future promotions of this contest.

• Entries can be submitted only during the period of the contest duration: from Thursday, September 26, to Saturday, November 30, 2024, at 6:00 PM EDT. No late entries will be accepted.

• The voting will be open to all UF faculty, staff, and students. (In the event of a split vote, a committee will make the final decision on what 12 photos to include in our calendar.)

• The winning photos will be announced in December.
